Terms of Service

✧I take payment half upfront and half after the first WIP. I will also accept all after the first WIP. Do NOT expect me to finish your piece if I haven’t been paid.✧✧If you are looking for a specific style that I draw in tell me upfront. If you don’t, I will choose the style I feel I can execute best.✧✧I will always send at least one WIP. If you need more, I will send you as many WIPs as needed. If you ask for an unreasonable amount of WIPs, I will not continue sending them when you ask.✧✧No refunds once I finish the piece. If you don’t like your piece, that is on you. If you change your mind about the commission, I can do half after the first WIP.✧✧You may ONLY edit and change finished pieces with my permission. As well as I can. If I finish your piece and you change your mid about something minor, I can (and likely will) change it. Do NOT claim an edited piece as your own.✧✧You can do whatever you want with your finished artwork as long as you are not profiting from it. If we make a t-shirt design, poster, or other merchandise, I expect some of the profits.✧✧I will have signatures on the finished piece. They may not always be obvious; you can ask me to change the signature.✧✧If you post your piece, I expect credit. You can tag me on most social media, or if I don’t have it, add my Carrd.✧✧I will likely post my finished pieces. I also may use it for a speed draw. If you would not like your piece posted, I expect to know upfront.✧✧I reserve the right to decline ANY commission for ANY reason. I will most likely let you know why. If I do not, you have been told before.✧

Design Terms of Service

✧You may resell your characters. You may even sell them profit. I prefer if you tell me first, but it is not necessary. If you do resell a character credit me as the designer.✧✧You may change, add, or remove ANYTHING on your character. Please do not claim yourself as the sole designer, regardless of how much you’ve changed the character. Saying you helped design them is perfectly fine.✧✧Do not claim your character as a closed/open species unless we’ve agreed upon that fact.✧✧When you receive your character, all rights are transferred to you. You may do ANYTHING you see fit with the character, as long as you don’t break T.O.S.✧✧If someone asks about your character, please credit me with a tag.✧

I WILL NOT DRAW

✧Birds (Only like, real ass birds)
✧Any hateful or dehumanizing imagery (Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, etc.)
✧Emulate an art style I do not have shown or offered.
